Madhu Bhaskaran – Managing Director
Madhu Bhaskaran is a well-known HRD trainer and Business Strategist with over 30 Years of Training & Mentoring Experience with leading Business Houses across the Globe. He has trained & coached more than 15,500 Entrepreneurs and inspired more than 25 Lacs Individuals through his Motivational & Business Talks and Learning Interventions across various platforms.
Due to his parents' financial difficulties, his family migrated to the neighbouring state of Tamil Nadu. His father established a tea stall in the rural village of Edatheru near Manaparai. Owing to Madhu Bhaskaran’s hard work and efforts, he gained a National merit scholarship and subsequently completed his education at a Tamil medium school.
After his return to Kerala at the age of 17, he completed Graduation from Maharaja’s College, Ernakulam. Post that, he took home tuitions for school students while simultaneously working at a petrol pump at Kalady. Later on, he sold books through direct marketing and eventually started working in a courier agency.
During this period, he did several training programs at NGOs, churches, schools, and other organizations. Being a new entrant, he struggled a lot to establish himself in the training sphere. At the same time, he completed a Master's degree in HR Management and Psychotherapy & Counselling. In spite of all odds, his passion, perseverance & hard work paid off rich dividends. His talks are peppered with bursts of energy & spontaneity. Entertainment, hilarity & flexibility forms the core of his unique signature style that helped establish himself in the field. Moreover, his clientele includes people from all walks of life - corporates, entrepreneurs, and celebrities. Over the years, he has had a tremendous impact in the field of human resource development.
